"Having played with the Los Angeles Kings in the National Hockey League for 6 seasons, I had the opportunity to work with many world class strength and conditioning coaches. Bryan Briddell has been the best of all of them. His knowledge of strength training, cardiovascular training, and nutrition principles has helped me to achieve fitness goals that I thought were not possible in the short 3 month time period I have been working with him. My only regret is that I wish I could have met him about 6 years earlier."
Brad Chartrand - Los Angeles Kings '99-'05

“Training with Bryan in the off-season gave me the physical advantage to compete successfully at the NCAA Division I level in tennis.”
Kristy Golden, Fairfield University, Women’s Tennis (1998-2002)

"I’ve been working with Bryan Briddell for the past four years.  Along with training, nutrition and fitness, he teaches focus, determination and commitment.  Bryan’s training has enabled me to become a better athlete.  I’ve improved my quickness, strength, speed and vertical jump.  Bryan is also an excellent motivator.  I highly recommend his program.”
Matt Johnson, Marywood University, Men’s Basketball (2003-2004)

“Bryan has helped make me a better all-around athlete.  He’s taught me that I can’t just be a good runner to excel at my particular sport.  Instead, he’s developed my strength, power, agility and quickness.  I understand my training and my sport so much better now!  Bryan helps everyone realize that there’s always room for improvement and the next level is attainable.”
Patricia Sutton, Holy Cross, Women’s Lacrosse, (2003-04)

“I feel there are many people in the fitness industry that are outstanding in one area of training; yet there are only a few that have a complete grasp of training.  Bryan Briddell is an individual that has the entire package.  Personal training clients or athletes looking for that competitive edge will achieve impressive results under Bryan’s guidance.  Bryan has such a great understanding of how to implement what his clients need.  It’s a guarantee that results will be gained! I highly recommend any athlete looking to raise their athletic ability to a new level or client looking to change their fitness level for the better train with Bryan Briddell.  You’ll be glad you did.”
Lee Taft, Owner Sport Speed
Internationally recognized speed expert

“As an over-50 triathlete, staying injury-free and strong is a top priority.  My workouts with Bryan Briddell emphasize functional strength, core stability and stretching.  Our sessions are always challenging, never repetitive, and specifically geared toward my individual goals.  Bryan gets me to the starting line in top condition, ready to compete against the best women in my age group.”
Christine McKnight, Member, USA Triathlon World Championship Teams, 2002, 2004

“Over the past eight years I have been training with Dr. Bryan Briddell.  I have seen a dramatic change in my muscle tone and body structure over this period.  My training consists of three one-hour workouts per week.  Bryan’s workouts are always creative and challenging to keep my interest.  Bryan’s positive attitude is a great way to start my day!”
