Bryan is
the owner and director of Saratoga Peak Performance. He is
recognized as a top sports conditioning expert and his performance
facility has been recognized as one Bryan holds a Ph.D. from The Florida State University (Department of Movement Science) and served as assistant woman’s tennis coach for three years while at FSU. |

Upon graduation, he taught at Skidmore College for eight years as an assistant professor and also served as men’s tennis coach. His teams qualified players for five consecutive years to the NCAA Division III National Tennis Championships. Saratoga Peak Performance is an athletic enhancement and sport-specific training center to hundreds of young athletes from a variety of sports. The primary mission of the training center is injury prevention through enhanced strength and proper multi-directional movement skills. Briddell is certified with United States Weightlifting (USAW) and was one of the first twenty trainers in the country to achieve certification status with the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA). Briddell is also the only certified SPARQ Trainer in upstate New York. SPARQ is a Nike affiliated program that instructs young athletes in developing better strength, power, agility, reaction and quickness through combine training, special clinics and sports camps.
