Programs                                                    Training/Rates ->

Certified strength and conditioning specialists under the direction of Dr. Bryan Briddell conduct the Saratoga Peak Performance training programs. In consulting with sports medicine physicians and physical therapists we train our athletes to Get Stronger! Run Faster!! and Jump Higher!!! As the athlete advances, their program is more tailored to their specific sport. This results in improved performance in whatever sport the athlete participates in.

In addition to training for athletes the center offers educational programs for coaches, trainers, and parents.

Our services don't stop there. We are dedicated to prevent common sports related injuries and expedite return to play after injury. This is where the resources of the Saratoga Sports Medicine Complex come into play. Physical therapists, orthopedic surgeons, and exercise physiologists all come together to support you and your athletic or fitness goals.

Training/Rates

Our recommendation is that athlete's train at least two times per week. All trainings are in one hour blocks and conducted by a trainer. Essentially, the kids are getting personal training, but because they train in groups, they are paying a group rate fee. Our groups are on average, no more than six participants at a session.
 
We are also conducting team trainings, inquire for cost. Willing to do off site trainings or on site if preferred for the team trainings.

 

Membership Plans

Monthly - Unlimited Visits      $160.00

Try-Out - 20 Sessions           $400.00 (must be used within 3 months)

Mini-Camp - 10 Sessions        $250 (must be used within 3 months)
 

For new athletes, we conduct free assessments on Thursdays at 4 pm. Please speak with our staff if interested in a free assessment. Call Peak Performance to schedule an appointment. 518-899-0022.
